At Sagitarot1220 LLC, all tarot readings, pendulum readings, astrology services, and other spiritual guidance services are personalized digital services created specifically for each customer.

Because our services are custom-made and begin preparation shortly after purchase, all sales are considered final.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if work has not yet begun. Once a reading has been started, prepared, recorded, written, delivered, or partially completed, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for:

• Completed readings
• Delivered readings
• Digital products
• Services already in progress
• Dissatisfaction with reading outcomes, interpretations, predictions, or messages received

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

EU CUSTOMERS

Customers located within the European Union may submit cancellation or withdrawal requests through our Cancellation & Withdrawal Requests page. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and whether work on the personalized service has already begun.
