All sales are final.


Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Digital products, including but not limited to tarot readings, spiritual insight services, downloadable content, and virtual consultations, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.


Physical products sold through our store may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by carriers.


Refunds will only be considered in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. Proof of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.


Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting us may result in the immediate termination of services and future order restrictions.
