Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or supplier fulfillment timelines.


Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
